Aroundtable - What does that mean?
We are your contact person if you feel open questions, certain worries, challenging topics, possible injustices or problems.

Regardless of whether you have already placed them with your manager or whether you do not want to discuss them with your manager.
Even if you don't know who the correct contact person is.

We listen to your concerns and offer you active support in finding a solution, or act as an intermediary between you and the right contact person.

What do we do?
Do you have ideas or wishes, or just want to say "Moin"? ---> The Aroundtable is your contact point. Here you can bring in your ideas and wishes or just have a nice chat at the coffee machine.
How are we elected?
So that all departments are represented and all voices are heard, representatives from each department are elected every two years. Within a period of two weeks, all Aroundhome employees have the opportunity to choose the representative for their department. So every department has its place at the table.
How often does the Aroundtable meet?

We meet every second Thursday and bring your current and departmental topics together.

What have we made possible?
  • We initiated the introduction of the disease without attestation.
  • We were able to push through the new headsets for customer care department.
  • We were responsible for the fact that there is lactose-free milk in the L’n’L
  • We found contacts, initiated conversations and established communications
  • We are part of the team that organizes and evaluates the evaluation of the Peakon surveys.
  • We have already been able to clarify or address a large number of personal matters that cannot be listed here in order to maintain the anonymity of those affected.
